Product Description

Made of 304 food-grade stainless steel inside and outside, the jacketed kettle has a beautiful appearance because it is polished with care. It is usually designed with a handle on one side so that manual tilting can be easier and safer during pouring.

Jacketed kettle is widely used in various food processing industries such as sugar making, sauce cooking, curry stewing, dish braising, beverage boiling, liquor frying, dairy simmering, cake baking as well as chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis.
It can also serve as excellent equipment for big restaurants or school canteens to boil or cook or fry or stew large quantities of food at once. Normally there are pot body and feet for this kind of steam pot (or cooking pot / sandwich steam pot). The former has double layers which form an inner sphere and outer spherical shell heated by intermediate steam.

There are three types of our jacketed kettles: fixed type, tilting type and stirring type. They share some common traits such as large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating distribution within the pot bottom or wall (short boiling time), easy temperature control (good insulation effect due to sandwich structure), nice appearance (attractive price), convenient installation (easy operation) and safe use etc.

Working Principle:

The pot body adopts semi-spherical stainless steel structure formed by one-time stamping.

The stirring mechanism uses special inclined transmission based on planetary motion principle which ensures no dead angle and non-sticky property, especially good at processing high viscosity materials such as hot sauce or hot pot bottom or other condiment paste.
